Day 2: Discovering the Byzantine & Ottoman Relics of Istanbul

After a delicious breakfast at your hotel, get ready to delve into the fascinating history of Istanbul. Our first stop is the world-famous Hagia Sophia, a 5th-century church that was once the greatest in the world. Marvel at its stunning architecture and immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage it represents.

Afterwards we will Explore Topkapı Palace the grand palace that served as the main residence of Ottoman Sultans for more than four centuries. Marvel at its opulent architecture, lush gardens, and impressive collections of treasures.

Visit Iznik Golu, also known as Lake Iznik, is a captivating natural wonder in Turkey that deserves every traveler’s attention.

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel, and then make your way to the Pergamon Acropolis..You can choose to ascend by cable car or on foot, and once there, explore the theater, temples, and remains of the library.

After lunch, visit the Bergama Asklepion (It is a healing temple built in honor of the gods Asklepios and Hygieia, located in the west of Pergamon Hill.), Red Basilica (The temple was built during the Roman Empire in the 2nd century AD, probably during the time of Hadrian.). Dinner and overnight stay will be in Bergama.

Day 6: Thyatira(Akhisar)/Sardis/Philadelphia(Alaşehir)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a bus tour to visit the churches. This includes a short stop at the Byzantine church ruins in Thyatira,. Continue the tour with a visit to the archaeological site at Sardis, You will see Gymnassium, Jewish Synagogue, Shopes, and Main Street from Lydian and Roman Time in Sardis.

Afterwards Visit Artemis Temple.( This was a sacred site to Artemis from early times, as indicated by large Archaic limestone stone blocks belonging to an altar at the western end of the temple.) followed by lunch and a brief stop at the ancient church of Philadelphia. End of the day overnight in Pamukkale.

Day 7: Hierapolis/Pamukkale/Laeodicea

After breakfast, bring your towels and bathing suits as we embark on a day of swimming in thermal pools. Our first stop is Pamukkale, known as the “Cotton Castle” due to its stunning white terraces formed by mineral-rich thermal waters. Explore this natural wonder and take a dip in the rejuvenating pools.

Next, we visit the ancient city of Hierapolis, where you can immerse yourself in history as you explore the Temple of Apollo, the breathtaking Theater, the fascinating Necropolis, and the great baths of Hierapolis. Learn about the connections between St. Philip and the history of the city as you delve into the past.

You will also see Cleopatra Pool. In the afternoon, visit Laeodicea before heading to your hotel in Kusadasi.

Day 8: Ephesus/Selcuk

Our first stop is the remains of the Artemis Temple, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Marvel at the remnants of this once magnificent structure and imagine the grandeur it once possessed.

Next, we proceed to the main site of Ephesus, where you’ll be transported back in time as you explore the well-preserved ruins. Day 9: Izmir City Tour

We start this tour with the Izmir-Karatas. Afterwards, we will go to place called ‘’Elevator’’ by passing the Dario Moreno street, which is named after the Dario Moreno who is Izmir lover and artist of Jewish origin.Then visit Izmir Clock Tower, which was built in 1901 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Ottoman Sultan II.Abdülhamid’s accession to the throne and Konak Square.We will explore St. Polycarp Church, a significant site in Smyrna’s Christian history. Our next stop is Kemeraltı Bazaar.

Kemeraltı was formed by filling the sea coast and opening new residential areas and commercial establishments since 1650-1670. In addition, Also It is a district and bazaar where commercial activities are high. We will visit another historical place, Agora of Izmir. Founded in the 4th century BC, the Agora was rebuilt with the support of the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius after the earthquake in 178 AD.Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 10: Patmos

Embark on a day trip to Patmos, starting with a transfer to the port of Kusadasi. Take a ferry to Patmos, where you will meet our team for a four-hour tour. Highlights include a visit to the St. John Monastery and Monastery Museum. Explore the landmarks of Patmos, including the Cave of the Apocalypse, the House of Simandiris, and Chora town. In the late afternoon, return to Kusadasi by ferry for an overnight stay.
