WHAT WE DO?

We start this tour with the Izmir Clock Tower, which was built in 1901 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the ascension of Ottoman Sultan Abdülhamid II to the throne. Then we will pass through Dario Moreno street, named after Dario Moreno, a Jewish Izmir lover and artist, and go to the place called “Elevator”. Our next stop is Kemeralti Bazaar. Kemeraltı was formed in 1650-1670 by filling the seashore and opening new residential areas and commercial establishments. It is also a neighborhood and bazaar with high commercial activities. We will visit Izmir Agora, another historical site. Founded in the 4th century BC, the Agora was rebuilt with the support of the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius after the earthquake in 178 AD. Our last stop is Kadıfekale, another historical place.
